Fits 1988-1998 Chevy/GMC 1500 pickups.

This product is a digital download. After purchase you will be provided a secure download link, valid for 24 hours, where you can download a Zip folder containing 10 DXF formatted files and an instructional PDF. These can be used to CNC laser cut the frame horn plate work for the OBS Chevy tube bumper. THIS IS NOT A TANGABLE PRODUCT. IT IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ONLY.

These DXFs were designed and tested on laser cut .119” cold rolled steel. Due to the tight tolerance tab and slot design they are likely not compatible with plasma cutting.

These frame horns bolt to the factory front bumper location of your 88-98 Chevy/GMC 1500 pickup and do not require cutting or drilling your frame. You can even re-use your stock 14mm bolts if you want. 14mm weld nuts are required and may be sourced elsewhere.

They are coped to accept 1-5/8” diameter tube main tube.
