OBS Chevy Rear Plate Bumper, Fully Welded
This is a fully welded, plate-style rear bumper for 1988 to 1998 Chevy and GMC C/K 1500 trucks. This bolts on to factory location using the factory bolts. No welding required and no modification or drilling the frame required. It is CAD designed, laser cut from .120 inch cold rolled steel and TIG welded together. Supports and brackets are .188 inch. Available in a raw sanded finish or Satin Black Powder Coating.
This low profile bumper is designed to provide high departure angle, sleek styling, and a minimalist, lightweight design. It does not have any provisions for a tow hitch or any lighting. It does not work with factory spare tire mounting provisions as it blocks the access for the hand crank. It does provide license plate mounting hole locations. Aftermarket license plate lighting solutions can be sourced elsewhere if necessary for your application.
